Remote Hands Support
We can setup, troubleshoot, and adjust your FireVault backup software settings without traveling to your office. Remote Management is secure because you fully control FireVault's access, and you must invite us to connect before each session. Once support is complete, the Remote Hands application auto-uninstalls.
While we are on your machine, you will have live visibility to all of our activities. We can even record a movie of the session and send you a link where you can download the video for future reference.
