Installation Support
A FireVault Professional will establish your backup routine (per your specifications) and train you on the software's functions. We encourage you to be involved in the process. We will even go through a practice scenario to ensure you can maneuver within FireVault's software.

Remote Hands support is an efficient way for us to quickly provide support when we are away from your location(s). FireVault uses lightweight remote management software to control your machine (with your permission) as you sit back and observe. Remote Hands enable us to educate you on the environment and help you avoid frustrating mistakes.

Once the session is over, Remote Hands uninstalls automatically, and your backup routine will resume. We even provide a movie of the installation so you can see a quick refresher when you need it.

Sheer Speed
Throttling bandwidth down to 1Mbps is a hidden "profit center" for many online data backup and recovery companies. This practice slows down your data transfer and may prevent you from completing backups in a timely manner.

When your transfer spills over into the next business day, it negatively impacts Internet speed and performance. In addition, if you have a very active data day, your nightly incremental update could take more than 24 hours to complete resulting in "missed" backups. FireVault's foundational belief is that there is no such thing as over-kill in redundancy. Our data center's secure environment is setup with a RAID array including redundant drives with a hot spare. The hot spare instantly replaces a failed drive to rebuild the RAID set. To safeguard against a disaster striking our data center, we also store your facility at another FireVault storage facility.
